7 Ways to Make Money with Teachable

Are you ready to discover how to generate money with Teachable?

Every month, one of my goals is to find new ways to make money online while keeping my business expenses to a minimum.

In the blogging industry, I don't believe in getting into every new piece of software or bright new product that comes out.

In fact, I believe it's safe to say that when it comes to running a side business and increasing expenses, I'm more of a minimalist.

As a creative business owner, I prefer to stretch my money as much as possible, therefore I acquire business tools that I can use in various ways.

Teachable, a famous online course platform, is one of the tools I utilise in my business.

7 Ways to Make Money with Teachable

Right present, online education is a flourishing sector. It is entirely conceivable for a course author to make a living teaching online courses full-time.

Learning how to design a course is easier than it's ever been, thanks to the abundance of wonderful course resources at our disposal. It's undoubtedly a source of money that more creatives should investigate!

I was pleasantly surprised to realise that there were multiple methods to generate revenue streams and make money with Teachable when I first started using it in my business a few years ago.

This platform's capabilities extend beyond the creation and sale of online courses. Teachable as a company is always coming up with new methods for creators to use the platform, and I'm here to show you how to take full advantage of it!

Sell Online Courses

I figured I'd just get this one out of the way right now. Selling online courses is the most obvious way to generate money using Teachable.

Teachable is one of the most popular platforms for creating online courses. You may utilise the platform to create video, audio, and text-based courses that enable you commercialise your knowledge and create money-making on-demand products.

Sell eBooks and Planners

That's correct! Teachable allows you to earn money by selling ebooks. You just host and sell ebooks to your audience on the site.

The setup is similar to that of an online course.

All you have to do is upload a PDF copy of your book, click one small button to make it downloadable, set your pricing, and hit publish. You can even use a Teachable template to create a sales page for the book.

Sell Access to Live Workshops or Live Webinars

If you're planning a live workshop or training, Teachable can help you set up a landing/sales page and accept payments for the event.

Teachable doesn't have a built-in feature for adding livestreams.

You can, however, use YouTube, LiveStream, Uscreen, or any other livestreaming platform that allows you to include a code to embed a third-party livestream straight into your lecture area.

Another method I've seen used (for in-person events) is to hide the event's location on the landing/sales page.

Instead, state on your sales page that customers will learn the venue once they have purchased their tickets.

Sell Online Coaching Packages

One-on-one coaching is a solid revenue source to consider regardless of your niche. You may sell online tutoring packages to your audience using Teachable. Coaching on Teachable allows you to provide students with individualised access to your knowledge while also generating additional cash.

Sell a Monthly Membership

The golden grail of passive revenue is the monthly repeating membership model (where your subscribers pay you month after month). It is, however, a source of revenue that should not be pursued casually.

A membership site can necessitate a lot of time and effort. To continue to provide value to your subscribers, you'll most likely need to update your content on a regular basis.

Why not host your membership materials on Teachable instead of using a WordPress membership plugin that could slow down your site's performance?

You may include video courses, audio clips, PDF downloads, access to secret Facebook groups, and more in your membership, as well as establish a monthly price that will be automatically billed to your members each month–no chasing down individuals for money!

Become a Teachable Affiliate

One of my favourite ways to make money is through affiliate programmes. You can join the Teachable affiliate network and begin earning a percentage on any sales made through your referral link.

Your referral link can be included in blog posts, social network postings, email newsletters, and more!

The best part is that anyone who signs up through your link will pay you on a regular basis. You will continue to receive a monthly commission as long as they continue to pay for the service.

Create Your Own Affiliate Partnership Program

I mentioned you being a Teachable affiliate in the prior example. However, you can also create your own affiliate partnership network for your own products.

You can allow people to market and sell any courses, ebooks, membership programmes, or anything else you offer through Teachable in exchange for a commission.

You choose the commission percentage and who joins your affiliate network. Teachable handles all affiliate earnings and tracking for you.

With more people marketing your stuff, you'll have more opportunity to earn more money.
